Description

Everything you love in a Mounds Bar hiding in a decadent brownie.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour mix
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or coconut extract
  • 4 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • Coconut flakes for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
  3. Add eggs, oil and vanilla or coconut extract, stirring well. Then add the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread batter into a greased 8×8″ pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes

Notes

If using a dark pan, drop the oven temp to 325 and check at 22 minutes.
