Swedish Kladdkaka (Sticky Cake) Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour mix
  • 5 Tbsp cocoa
  • 7 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (if desired — and I always “desire” more chocolate!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and prepare a round cake tin by buttering liberally
  2. Whisk together eggs and sugar, then stir in vanilla
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour mix and cocoa
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan
  5. Stir together the egg mixture and the dry ingredients until well-combined, then gently stir in the melted butter
  6. Pour into buttered pan and sprinkle with choccolate chips
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
